This is a full-time project based position, you will be working in a Remote but we organize meetings in person at our office in Milan/London/Arlington Virginia to meet and brainstorm ideas, as team members you are welcome to join.

We are looking for an interior designer, you are

• Passionate for interior design and actively work to have current knowledge of the factors influencing the practice and our clients decision making process.
• Team player through all phases and aspects of the interior design process including predesign, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, design documentation.
• A Leader in creation of strong and innovative design concepts for a range of Housing types in a variety of settings. Generate thought leadership around a design passion that aligns with firm-wide values.
• Experienced In the nuances of many market segments and is considered an expert in specific areas.
• Fosters client relationships through a deep understanding of client enterprise, needs and market.
• Excellent at management and leadership, and can energize a team of varied scale.
• Ensures all documentation goes through the established quality assurance process.
• Actively engaging and thoughtful mentor.
• You can have 1 year of experience
• You have a portfolio of at least one complete work as an interior designer.
